Forest School Holiday Club

Walltown Country Park, Walltown Quarry, Greenhead, Brampton CA8 7HF

04 Aug 2022 - 18 Aug 2022

Delivered by NNPA

Bring your little ones along to enjoy the wonder of outdoor play in the shadow of Hadrian’s Wall, nurtured by nature and supported by an experienced Forest School leader at The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre in Northumberland National Park.

The Holiday Club will take place on the 4th, 11th and 18th August

Each of our monthly family Forest School events will be inspired by the exhibitions at The Sill, which is currently The Lost Spells: Listening to a Landscape of Voices. They will include take-away nature crafts, exploratory free play with mud kitchens, treasure hunts and adventures in our dedicated Forest School site. We also include a complimentary tea and coffee for parents and treats prepared on the fire for the whole family to enjoy.

Full day free parking is available for all ticket holders. If you’d like to extend your stay at The Sill you can also enjoy a discount on The Sill’s activity trail kits and worksheets, spend the afternoon exploring the beautiful landscapes nearby, hidden fairy trails and the brand new outdoor play park.
These sessions are for families and under 6s (or near enough!)

Tickets cost £5 per person (i.e per Child and per Parent/Guardian) – there’s no cost for siblings under 1.
