Back by popular demand we have a very special Great North Nights event for you this December. To celebrate the festive season we are hosting our second Christmas Ceilidh at the Great North Museum: Hancock for an evening of dancing, joy and merriment.

GNM welcome you to the museum to dance, sing and enjoy some lovely festive refreshments. This high energy event will guarantee laughter and joy as you swirl around our exhibition hall to some traditional and contemporary ceilidh songs. 

Do not worry if you are not an experienced ceilidh dancer as all dances will be guided by an expert caller leading you through the steps to the beat of the music.

This event is suitable for adults and families with older children.
