Delivered by Hexham Ramblers
Come and explore the lands to the north of Hadrian’s Wall, taking in the national nature reserve at Greenlee Lough and crossing Ridley Common near Broomlee Lough before joining the wall at King’s Wicket. From there, it’s classic wall walking all the way back to the Sill, passing Housesteads, Crag Lough and (arguably) England’s most famous tree at Sycamore Gap.
Good walking boots and outdoor clothing are essential. Bring something to eat and drink. Starts at 10.00am from the Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre at Once Brewed.
Advance booking is required.
