As part of the Hadrian’s Wall 1900 celebration, Carlisle Writers’ Group have produced an anthology of prose and poetry inspired by our iconic landmark. To host the launch of the collection, Carlisle Folk Experience have stepped up to provide a home. The evening will be informal, friendly, and a mix of readings, songs and tunes. Bring cash for your copy of the book and the bar. There may well be snacks and possibly bunting, but fairy lights in jars are not guaranteed. This is a FREE event and goodness knows we could do with that.
